RECLAIM PHASE
FITNESS RECLAMATION
The fourth phase of our client journey is the Reclaim phase. The purpose of fitness reclamation is for you to take the skills and habits learned in the previous phases and apply them to a pain-free and active life outside of the formal training environment.
You will master the proper intensity of application of all learned movements.
This does not mean that you won’t participate in an active life until this phase. It means that you have progressed enough to begin to reclaim the active life you want.
Some may have gotten back to playing with their kids, but they haven’t been able to use the baby carrier on a long hike yet.
Some may feel comfortable playing basketball by themselves, but they haven’t yet gained the confidence to participate in a pick-up game.
Others may have gotten back in the kayak but could only stay in the water for 15 minutes as opposed to the hours they used to do.
This phase is about removing many of the limits you have been dealing with and giving you back control.
The Reclaim phase will include a continued custom dose of programming, individualized autonomous group sessions, and individual training and consultations with added guidance from the professional for you to safely pursue the active life you’ve always wanted and struggled to achieve.
The key point here is that you will receive guidance from our professionals on how to progress those activities.
Similar to how you would progress a deadlift, you need to progress your hikes, ball games, and kayaking trips.
This is typically where clients reinjure by going too quickly or avoid going for it leaving so much satisfaction on the table.
Our professionals are there to provide a plan, education, and assurance so you can actually achieve your dream state.
This phase is ongoing.
