ACCLIMATE PHASE

FITNESS ACCLIMATION

After we assess our clients, we teach and acclimate in our fitness acclimation phase.

Our goal is to instill confidence, competence, and autonomy in many of the main movements and habits you will see in their program as they progress.

This is our
Acclimate phase and here we exclusively use custom individual sessions to develop your skillset and begin correcting pain and imbalances if applicable.

The number of sessions per week will vary and will be determined by the professional after discussing the plan of action with you.

In those individual sessions, you will be taken through progressive and procured exercises in order to begin moving you further from your frustrations and fears and closer to your dream state.

By the end of this phase, you will have the confidence and competence to

continue working through your plan with autonomy, allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life.

You will have also been introduced to the concept of how to apply proper intensity to your movement patterns and understand how to communicate with your professional on this topic.

The duration of this phase varies by client and is anywhere from 3 to 16 weeks.
