In our fitness assessment phase, we don’t guess with our clients.

We won’t guess with you.

And not only do we not guess but also our assessment legitimately allows us to understand and balance what you want and need.

The Assess phase in your journey includes a series of assessments based on what you need, in addition to a curated group of questions to get to know you better. 

Our process is thorough and gathering this information is necessary for your success.

Be prepared for in-depth conversations, education, mentorship, and some movement in your first encounters with our professionals.

The assessments and movement screens you’ll go through will be specific and unique to you. As you grow, change, adapt, or desire different things, we will revisit the Assess phase to tailor your program precisely for what you’re looking for.
