ASCEND PHASE

FITNESS ASCENSION

We believe that developing autonomy and peace of mind is paramount to your success in our fitness ascension phase. 

The purpose of the Ascend phase is to build on your competence and confidence to ascend from and continue to exhibit autonomy with base movements and habits while enhancing your foundation of a more resilient mind and body.

This phase consists of the proper dosing of custom programming in autonomous group sessions – called Ascend Sessions, and in-person individual sessions and consultations.

Your unique needs will dictate how often you need in-person individual sessions and how often you should be in Ascend sessions each week. The professional also has the discretion to change the cadence at any point based on your needs and progress.

Your professional will accompany you to your first and possibly second Ascend session to ensure you assimilate appropriately.

Prior to attending an Ascend session, your individual sessions will start to mirror what you’ll see in the Ascend setting.

You will continue to have guidance from our professionals on when you need to revisit the Assess phase, allowing us to retest and revise your program as needed.

By the end of this phase, you will now have gained autonomy in foundational movements and habits as well as additional elevated skills, movements, and habits allowing you to move closer to reclaiming your active life.

The duration of this phase is anywhere from 12 to 36 weeks.
