  3. Current Aches and Pains
  4. Specific goals and what they look like
  5. What is getting in the way of achieving your goals
  6. Why these goals are important and what they mean for the people around you
  7. What would happen if these goals are not achieved
  8. How we are going to achieve maintaining these goals once they’ve been achieved

These conversations are consistently revisited to bring awareness to any adaptations and changes needed to your customized program.
